     • Tiny Reading: 1 Minute Audio

     • Full Reading: 3 - 4 Minute Audio

   • Please check the email connected to your purchase, including your SPAM/JUNK folders, before reaching out to Casey regarding your audio reading.

5. Shipping & Tracking

   • Your painting will be shipped within 1–2 business days after your aura reading audio has been completed.

     • Example: If your audio is completed on Monday, your painting will typically ship on Tuesday or Wednesday.

     • Once your painting has shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking notification via email. You may sign up directly through USPS for additional delivery updates and notifications.
